Comparison

Aivatika vs WATI, AiSensy and Interakt for appointment booking

WATI, AiSensy and Interakt are general WhatsApp platforms for marketing, broadcasts and support across many industries. Aivatika is built for one job: letting customers of clinics, labs, salons and gyms book real open slots on WhatsApp. If booking is what you need, Aivatika does it with less setup and has the lowest listed price with an AI agent included; if you mainly send campaigns, the others fit better.

The short answer

  • Choose Aivatika if most of your WhatsApp messages are people asking about prices and timings and trying to book, and you want those bookings to arrive in a dashboard without building flows yourself.
  • Choose WATI if you need a general team inbox with automation and CRM-style workflows across sales and support.
  • Choose AiSensy if broadcasts and marketing campaigns are your main use of WhatsApp.
  • Choose Interakt if you sell online and want WhatsApp and Instagram conversations in one inbox.

Competitor details are from each vendor’s own pricing page on 5 November 2026, before tax. Prices change; check their pages before deciding. “Not mentioned” means the pricing page doesn’t list it, not that the product can’t be made to do it with custom flows or integrations.

Where the general platforms are stronger

WATI, AiSensy and Interakt have been around longer and cover more ground: large template libraries for marketing, campaign analytics, catalogue and payment features for online sellers, and integrations with CRMs and e-commerce platforms. If your WhatsApp use is mostly sending offers to a large customer list, or you run an online store, one of them is likely the better fit.

Where Aivatika is different

With a general platform, appointment booking is something you build: a flow of menus and questions, plus a connection to a calendar or booking system. Aivatika starts from the booking. You add your services, prices, staff and their working hours, and the AI agent answers questions and offers only slots that are actually free, in the customer’s own words rather than through menus.

  • Each doctor, stylist or trainer has their own days and hours, and the agent never offers a time outside them.
  • Bookings arrive in an appointments dashboard where the front desk accepts or rejects them, with the chat behind each one.
  • Patients and clients get a reminder before the visit and can reschedule or cancel in the same chat.
  • Anything the agent can’t answer moves to a shared inbox with the full conversation, so staff don’t have to ask again.
  • Templates for clinics and diagnostic labs come ready, with the questions those businesses get every day.

What to check before you choose any of them

  1. Run your real questions through a trial. Ask what your customers ask: “Is Dr. Priya free on Saturday?”, “How much is a full body checkup?” and see what the customer would get back.
  2. Check whether a booking ends up somewhere your staff already look, and whether two customers can be given the same slot.
  3. Add up the full monthly cost: the plan, any AI add-on, and Meta’s per-message charges at your expected volume.
  4. Confirm the tool uses the official WhatsApp Business Platform and that your number stays yours if you leave.

Questions

Which is cheapest for WhatsApp appointment booking with AI in India?

Among these four, Aivatika has the lowest listed price that includes an AI agent: ₹1,499 a month on Starter. WATI’s Growth plan with one AI agent is ₹2,699 a month billed quarterly. AiSensy and Interakt charge for AI as an add-on on top of a base plan. Prices from each vendor’s pricing page on 5 November 2026.

Can WATI, AiSensy or Interakt book appointments?

They can be set up to collect booking requests with chatbot flows, and some connect to calendars through integrations. Their pricing pages don’t list appointment booking as a feature, so check with the vendor how slots and double bookings would be handled.

Can I move from WATI, AiSensy or Interakt to Aivatika?

Yes. All of them run on Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform, and your WhatsApp Business number belongs to you. Our team helps move the number during setup.

Who is Aivatika not a good fit for?

Businesses that mainly send marketing campaigns, or online stores that need catalogues and payments in WhatsApp. A general WhatsApp marketing platform suits those better.
